Each Small Bedroom is fully equipped and furnished with a single bed with 90×200 mattress, bookshelf, writing desk and chair, and wardrobe. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure natural daylight in your room. You will enjoy a spacious private bathroom with shower, sink, WC. Please note that each room is equipped the same but might differ in size, design, or layout.

Student Residence Hall is equipped with 4 spacious and fully equipped kitchens (microwave, induction stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, dining area).
There is a special meeting space at Student Residence Hall where students can meet up to relax, chat, or just hang out over coffee or tea. Our tenants can enjoy studying in the quiet and cozy study rooms.
There is a large onsite laundry room with several washing machines and dryers available 24/7, located on the first, second and third floor of the building.
Storage for summer? If you wish we can store your belongings for an additional price.
There are daily housekeeping services for the communal areas. Our housekeeping team can also help you when you are too busy to clean your room. Just call in at reception to arrange a specified time. And if cleaning just isn’t your thing, our stress-free weekly housekeeping service leaves you free from it. Room service costs 5 euro per one cleaning.
If you don’t want to bring the bedding or household goods, you can buy it from Student Residence Hall. Just inform us in advance about your needs.
Our ALL-IN-RATE rent already includes all utilities.
When staying at Student Residence Hall you will never have to bother about paying separate monthly bills as the following utilities are included in the room rate: internet, electricity, water, heating, gas.
For electrical, plumbing, or any minor repairs, our onsite maintenance team is available. Just call in at reception to arrange a specific time for maintenance.
